seat for 5 days without payment |

registration will be confirmed upon our receipt of your payment |
|
|
If
registering within 5 days of a seminar, a $10 late registration fee will
apply |

|
CE
Certificates of Course Completion will be provided on the day of the seminar
if: |

-a- We
received your registration and payment at least 5 days before the seminar,
AND |
|
-b- Your
registration form included your license # or social security # |
|
|
|
