CONTINUING EDUCATION ONLINE TEXT-BASED CE COURSES

Our online courses may address the same topics as those addressed by our seminars, however, they are separate courses and may be taken in addition to our seminars.

Online Course Requirements:

Our online courses are offered in text-based format; when you purchase them, we will mail you a printed course textbook, exam, monitor affidavit, and self-addressed stamped return envelope upon our receipt of your payment.  The course expiration date, if any, appears on the Course Information page; you must take and return your completed exam to us before the the date shown on that page.

Update:  We are in the process of submitting online computer-based courses to the MT DOI for CE approval.  Once approved, we will be offering for purchase CE courses in PDF format that can be e-mailed to the purchaser immediately upon our receipt of payment.  Grading and monitoring of the exams for these courses will be handled in the same fashion as for text-based CE courses.  We expect to have an Ethics course and a Legislative Changes course available in PDF sometime this spring.

We will grade your exam within 48 business hours of our receipt of the exam.  If you wish to rush the grading of your exam, you must send a rush fee with the exam.  We cannot guarantee our ability to grade your exam on a rush basis unless you call ahead and obtain a rush confirmation number; if we are unable to comply with your rush request, we will return any rush fee you submitted.  We will also mail or e-mail you a Course Completion Certificate upon your passing of the exam.  If you should fail the exam, we will allow you to re-take the exam without additional cost, one time.

You must choose a disinterested, third party to monitor you while you take your exam.  The monitor cannot be any of the following individuals:

bulletPerson related by blood, marriage, or adoption
bulletYour employer, employee, business partner, or anyone else who would benefit from you passing the exam
bulletPerson who has a financial dependence upon you

Your monitor will be required to complete an affidavit indicating that she/he meets the requirements detailed above and that also provides her/his legal name, home address, home telephone number, social security number, and  occupation/employer.

Each course workbook is protected by US Copyright law and may not be photocopied, scanned, faxed or reproduced in any fashion, nor may it be given to anyone else for any purpose.
