Linda M. Faulkner, CIC, founder of Faulkner Education Services, has been working in the insurance industry for over 30 years.  She began providing insurance education services in 1997 when she joined the faculties of the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research and the Massachusetts Association of Insurance Agents (MAIA).  At that time, she taught seminars in the National Alliance’s CISR designation program and other personal lines programs developed by MAIA.  In 2003, she became an Education Provider for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, collaborating with Beverly Community College to develop insurance continuing education classes for their Adult Education program.

Upon relocating to Montana in 2003, Linda joined the faculties of the Montana Insurance Education Foundation--the educational arm of the Independent Insurance Agents Association of Montana--and the PIA Western Alliance.  Linda continues her relationship with the National Alliance, teaching all five classes in their CISR designation program, their Dynamics of Service program, and in the Personal Lines Institute of their Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation program.  Through Faulkner Education Services, which Linda founded in January 2006, Linda develops, writes, and instructs monthly insurance continuing education seminars, insurance Pre-Licensing courses for Limited Lines Credit Producers and Property, Casualty, & Surety Producers, and Career Development Workshops.

Linda began her career working for a life insurance company and then moved on to an independent insurance agency.  In 1985, she founded the L.A. Murphy Insurance Agency in Attleboro, Massachusetts, which she sold in 2003 prior to moving to Missoula.  Linda currently owns and operates the Linda Faulkner Insurance Agency in Missoula, Montana, which she founded in 2003.  Click here to visit the Linda Faulkner Insurance Agency web site.  Linda is a licensed producer in the lines of Property, Casualty, Surety, Life, and Disability.  She is also a licensed consultant in the lines of Property and Casualty.
